FAQ

Q: When are you going to restock?
A: I'll be restocking when I've finished my current orders (status will be in bio) I will post an announcement of the restock a week before as well as which designs will be sold.

Q: Where can I buy the nails?
A: My Etsy is gabbyshobbies, link is at the top of the page and in bio.

Q: Why are there no nails posted on Etsy?
A: If the listing does not pop up, it means that the item is sold out.

Q: Do you have custom nail sizes?
A: Yes

Q: How do I know my nail size?
A: In my shop, I have sizing kits which are the most accurate form of measuring since you can try them on. The sizes of each nail shape are included in each listing as well as Instructions on how to measure your nails in mm. These pictures are located at the bottom of this page and under my Instagram highlight called "FAQ/PSA"

Q: What if the nails don't fit?
A: In the listing description I state that there are no refunds for wrong sizing. Tools are provided to find your nail size.

Q: Are you able to reuse the nails?
A: Yes you are. I usually just file off the excess glue to leave a smooth surface for reuse. Do not soak them in acetone.

Q: What are the cost of the nails?
A: All nails have a different price depending on the complexity of the design, the materials used, and the time it takes me to paint them. The price range of my last restock was $40- $54.

Q: What comes with the nails?
A: The nails come with a tube of liquid nail glue, a buffer, cuticle stick, file, and instructions.

Q: How do I know the status of my order?
A: I usually start with the first person's order and so on. If you message me on Etsy I can let you know how many people are in front of you.

Q: How long will my item take to ship?
A: I put a 10 week processing time on Etsy since that is the maximum amount of time Etsy can allow. Sometimes it does not take me that long if you were one of the first ones to order.

Q: Do you do customs?
A: I do not do customs at the moment.
